上周五，市场被美国高企的 CPI 通胀数据吓得不轻。连续两个交易日的跳空低开把美股送进华尔街所谓的熊市（自高点下跌 20%）。而本周，行情又出现了一丝转机。周四，当美联储主席鲍威尔（Jerome Powell）公布了 75 个基点巨幅加息以后，市场出现了在连续跳空行情以后的反弹。

媒体对此的解释是：美国股市上涨，是因为人们从鲍威尔的发言中解读出连续 75 个基点加息的可能性较小。还有人认为通胀会随着美联储大幅升息下降，这将利好股市。

股市会上涨的原因，是买方即使在经济及心理的双重压力下，依然比卖方强势。市场在多数时侯时时非理性的，会影响股市行情的是投资大众对重大事件的反应，而非重大事件本身。
